Trial & Return Policy
At AMORE, we offer a specialized "Trial with Courier" policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. You are permitted to try on or inspect your items while the courier is present at the time of delivery.
Immediate Return: If you find the items unsuitable during this trial, you may return them immediately with the courier. In this case, you are only responsible for paying the shipping fees.
Post-Delivery Policy: Please note that to maintain our hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the courier has left and the order has been accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Defects
If you discover a manufacturing defect in your product within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at info@amoreegy.com with photos of the defect. Approved defective items will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@amoreegy.com.
Shipping
As we are an online store, all returns must be processed via courier. To return your product, please contact us first at info@amoreegy.com to receive return instructions and the mailing address for our processing center in Cairo, Egypt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
