Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for in-stock items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Note: Items marked as "Handmade" or "Painted" require additional production time (7-14 business days) before shipment. Pre-order items will have their specific availability timelines listed on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific city and district.

*The estimated delivery range (e.g., 2-4 or 7-14 days) is combined with the additional delivery days specified for pre-ordered items. If your order contains both standard and handmade items, the longer delivery timeline (7-14 days) will apply to the entire shipment.
Trial Policy
At AMORE, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Customers are permitted to try the product while the courier is present at the time of delivery.
If the product is deemed unsuitable during this trial, you may return it immediately with the courier. In this case, you will only be responsible for paying the shipping fees. Please note that once the courier leaves, returns and exchanges are subject to our standard Refund & Return Policy.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AMORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
AMORE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
